After graduating with a government BA from William and Mary, Mr. Frohman sold door-to-door indemnities before getting in the door on Capitol Hill in 1990. Rising in the ranks, Charles brought Steve Forbes to a townhall to highlight the HSA in opposition to Hillarycare, built a mortgage broker grassroots movement to stop class actions, organized Capitol Hill fora for the Cato Institute, lobbied for patient empowerment, pain doctors and natural entrepreneurs in the 2000s (among other clients), and left to teach in DC's inner city before returning to politics for presidential campaigns in 2012 and 2016. After the final campaign Mr. Frohman landed into a company he got featured in Forbes magazine that replaced insurance as credit unions compete with banks. With the ASCEND-award appointments app, Charles is helping the revolution via price competition. Unable to rid himself of the political bug, Charles is lobbying again, for the venerable National Health Federation. With hoped for support through ACHT, Frohman has the "Independent Medicine Project" ready to take on insurance oligarchs and empower doctors against abusive credentialing reviews (among other reforms). Personally Charles is a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher and enjoys life with young kids in colonial Williamsburg, Virginia.
