According to a by the Society of Human Resource Management, employees’ job performance is greatly affected by their financial situation. They state that many employees are stressed out by having difficulty paying for living expenses, worrying about paying for their children’s education, saving for retirement, and paying for medical expenses. Those stressed out by financial issues are much more likely to suffer health problems, take sick days, and have poor performance. Even the most otherwise savvy people may not be knowledgeable about finance. That is why nearly 2/3 of employers are providing financial education for their employees. The American College of healthcare trustees is proud to offer their Pvt. wealth management course to their Fellows and friends.
