Fellows Earn a free badge in Idealized Design at The ACHT April 24 Strategic Planning Day

Dear Fellows and Friends, Spring is a time of renewal and The American College of Healthcare Trustees is using this season to review our many accomplishments and decide where we are going. The ACHT will be using a technique called idealized design. We are lucky to have Dr. Carl Middleton as our Board Member and Senior Vice President of Ethics and Carl will be conducting our strategic planning session using idealized design. The all-day session will be held at The Johns Hopkins Mt. Washington Conference Center April 24. It, along with a continental breakfast and networking lunch in the dining room, is free to Fellows (including those who sign up now). Reservations are, however, required and can be made HERE. This is a practical, action-oriented endeavor for The ACHT, but since Carl is an expert facilitator, this is also educational so ACHT badge on strategic planning-idealized design will be conferred on attendees.lost cat

The lectures end at 2 pm daily giving attendees time for reflection, renewal, networking and family, walking on the beautiful paths by the sea or communing with nature on the forest paths, cycling, visiting monasteries, or antiquing in Carmel. Play golf at one of the storied courses. Extend your stay for 2 days before and/or after. Bring your whole team. Your organization will benefit from the knowledge and new contacts you bring back as well as from an energized you. Find out more HERE
